Lose weight in the New Year

If you are like me, the New Year makes you think of new goals or goals that you have always wanted to achieve. This year I really want to back on the healthy track. I will be trying to head to the Gym at least four times a week. The web link that I have attached below is great. It has great free tools on it. It has a tool that you can input your current weight and your desired weight and it will tell you how many calories you can eat per day and how long it will take you to lose the weight.
