How to make a PDF file for free

I have a small business that I run out of my home. Today I was trying to change a publisher file into a PDF file. I only have Adobe reader so without the full adobe software you cannot make PDF files. I did a search on google and here is what I found. Click on the link below and you can download a free version of this software called PrimoPDF. You install the software and then open the file you want to make into a PDF. You then click print on your document and then use the pull down options on printers and a PrimoPDF should be there as an option. Click on PrimoPDF and your document will be saved as PDF File.

Lose weight in the New Year

If you are like me, the New Year makes you think of new goals or goals that you have always wanted to achieve. This year I really want to back on the healthy track. I will be trying to head to the Gym at least four times a week. The web link that I have attached below is great. It has great free tools on it. It has a tool that you can input your current weight and your desired weight and it will tell you how many calories you can eat per day and how long it will take you to lose the weight.

Check out audio books online from your local library

This weekend while I was renewing items online from my local library, I discovered that they offer the ability to check out Audio books online for download. I was able to check out 5 books and download them to my IPOD. Audio books are great to listen to in the car on long trips or at night instead of watching TV. See if your library offers this service as well. The link is listed below. There is a tutorial to watch to learn how to do it. It took me about an hour to figure out but now I could download a book in five minutes.

2nd Edition of Best Family Coach

Today I am going through my youngest daughters clothes. She is just 4 1/2 months but has already outgrown many of her things. We have a friend who is having a little girl in march and we will give those clothes to her.

First Edition of Best Family Coach

Welcome to the first edition of the best family coach blog. Here I will be posting my ideas on how to have more time, more fun and more money with your family. This is a work in progress. Please post your comments and pass on to your family and friends. I will be posting a favorite link each day.

Happy New Year. This year I will be working on expanding my business, organizing my home and finances.

So one of my short term goals is to organize my garage better because I run my business out of my garage. I make children's hand and foot print tiles and also do ceramic fundraisers for schools, churches and other groups.

Today's Idea: Grab two garbage bags and go to the room of your choice and fill with items that you no longer want or need. Put the bags in the back of your car and drop off at Salvation Army or schedule a pick up from purple heart.
